How Do I Register?

Is ShiftHero A Recruitment Agency?
Yes, but there is nothing traditional about us. Our platform allows candidates to find work quicker and equally clients have access to a wide choice of qualified candidates that are ready to work. All candidates are paid via our in-house payroll team, we tax every candidate at source and auto enroll all candidates into a workplace pension. We partner with a wide range of companies and can advise candidates on the more suitable work available in their area.
Can I Use ShiftHero To Gain A Full Time Role?
We work with a wide range of local employers that not only look for temporary staffing, but also look for someone more permanent. You are able to apply for temp2perm and permanent roles that take your fancy in the portal.
What Kind Of Roles Do ShiftHero Cater For?
We have a wide range of positions available in the portal. From warehouse and driving roles to hospitality and office / admins roles, we have something for everyone. Candidates can select all available skills during registration to allow us to match them to applicable shifts and roles available.
How Does The Registration Process Work?
You can start your registration at any time, 24 hours a day. During the registration, we will request all the details required to create your profile. Once you submit your registration, a member of the ShiftHero team will review your registration, your skills and ensure we have everything in place. Providing that everything is correct, we will allow you access to the portal; for certain roles, there are competence assessments and training required before we can approve that role. Rest assured, the team in your local office are on hand to ensure any questions you have are answered and we are able to make your registration as painless as possible.
Do I Have To Pay To Use ShiftHero?
ShiftHero is free to use for both candidates and clients. We earn a commission on every hour worked by our candidates and there are no costs for us finding you work.
How Will I Get Paid?
Candidates are paid every Friday via BAC’s into their bank account. You have full visibility over your earnings in the portal so there is no guessing when it comes to your pay cheque. You can also request for holiday to be paid on your terms in the portal, or, if you would prefer, you can opt for your holiday pay to be included on your payslip every week.
How Soon Can I Start?
We require every candidate to complete our registration process to join ShiftHero. Once approved, you can see available shifts, suitable to your skills, in the portal. We also have a great team working in the background to help you find work.
